Description

Qualifications: Bachelor of Science in Chemistry, Medical Lab, Certificates in quality and Professional qualification are a plus Experience: 3 years experience in a related field Competencies: Good knowledge of ISO 17025, ISO 14001, ISO 9001, BS 18001, good interpersonal and communication skills, ability to lead and motivate a multicultured team, positive attitude, high organizational and managerial skills, accurate, ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, proficiency in Microsoft Office, proficiency in written and verbal English and Arabic Summary of functions and responsibilities:  Performs Weekly or spot audits  Maintains Records in the Quality Division.  Acts as custodian of the documents and records of the quality Division - Training and implementation of the system procedures.  editing system procedures as spreadsheets or word files according to the “Instruction for Writing Quality Assurance Documents”  Conducts statistical analyses related to quality indicators  Updates list of quality forms and assist in the follow up and implementation of quality forms actions.  Distributes and communicates standards and system documents to the concerned departments as per diffusion matrix  Receives customer claims and reports them to the Materials Engineer as well as to the General Manager.  Updates sample conditions lists and diffusion matrix based on pricing forms.  Performs regular backups  Updates Approved suppliers list based on the supplier evaluation cards.  Ensures the legal requirements related to safety of personnel and equipment, environmental regulations and any other prevailing law affecting the company process control are properly fulfilled
